Fitz Japan Company Limited and Dezinote Corporation have signed a merger agreement to
be effective on August 1, 2008.
Purpose of merger
The purpose of this merger is to expand our business field to combine with Dezinote
Corporation which specializes in the field of web site integration and development and take
a position in HR and Engineering market. The new entity, GeoManage Corporation which
will be established through this merger will seek to provide high quality service to customer,
by providing multi-laungage services for HR service, translation and interpretation service,
business matching service, support for developing business in India and WEB site
development to the global market.
