The Team
To be honest, I am not keeping count of the hours put in by our team. Matsuoka our main architect has had to work late to design the new software ideas, meet the deadlines on assignments and also correspond with our customers. All his hard work though appear`s to be paying off. The packages produced look great. The FitzGlobal designed by him has had a good response. His leadership and vision appear to be following the planned path.
Kay Nakanishi our Business Executive`s serious approach to things (big or small) inspires all of us to work harder and better. Her setting up an example of working even when on a vacation stuns everyone of us here.
Takako the youngest in the team, amazes everybody with her extraordinary liking to accounting and the constantly smiling attitude.
When we work on global assignments, it is the people with whom you spend your time become important and reflect on the quality of the assignments produced. The people with whom you work also become your family and it is through this shared energy that we all work harder and are able to improve our professional and personal life. I certainly have been blessed to be in an amazing group of people. Each one of them bringing some new ideas. Each one of them passionate about their jobs. Each one of them adhering to the common goal.
This is what Learning is: Learning from each other`s abilities, successes, mistakes and challenges.
When working as a group, it is like being in another world, where Joy Of Achievement relegates everything else to a secondary stage.
The weather in Tokyo is improving. The future business looks promising. And inspite of a few glitches in the recent past we all are in One Piece and having lot of fun.
