Mother Nature

Mother Nature

H
ello Everyone.
Stressed and Overworked for the past couple of months, I decided to have a holiday and let my hair down losing a few calories in the process. I did miss our weekly interaction last week. My due apologies. It had been a longtime since I had been into the mountains so when the opportunity cropped up, I latched on to it like a child.

Mother NatureI visited Mother Farm located on Mount Kano in Chiba, Japan. It is a fun place to be with Cows, Horses, Sheep and other animals. As the name suggests, the beautiful nature unfolds as you climb up the hills and as a mother would cradles you in it's lap relieving you of all the stress and exhaustion of the daily grind. What struck me when I reached the top was the sheer number of different colors which fill the landscape. The beauty from the top humbles you to a point where you feel that we as human beings are just a fragment of this great universe. It also makes us realize that we take for granted all that nature has to offer rather than appreciating and maintaining it.

Mother NatureWe as human beings tend to be selfish. In fact if we try to find a country or society which has not abused nature then I suspect we would be left with very few options if any at all.
If I am not wrong, almost all societies have abused nature directly or indirectly. Sometimes physically and sometimes economically.

Mother NatureThe different colors of nature represent for me the coming together of different people across the world despite their differences and difficulties. This coming together helps in synchronizing the bodies, minds and spirits to achieve a common goal which can be as beautiful as the nature I see from this hill top.

I am no one to tell individuals, groups or leaders as to how they should behave or conduct themselves. But my heart goes out to Mother Nature.
