A Matter Of Beauty
In case of companies too it is the same. Each company in it`s own way wants to have the best gadgets installed in its office. The best office in the best location. All this is done so that the company can attract the best of customers, the best of talents?? As always said a Company is judged by the location of its office, its financial statements, the behavior of its management etc. but the thing is who is doing the judging?
A company or the person will always be judged for something. This is why I feel that we either forget or avoid to judge ourselves. There is no perfect way of doing a thing. There is no perfect face or a perfect figure.
Somewhere along the way, we imbibe the false teaching, that it is selfish to spend time on ourselves. But actually if you are doing something which makes you feel good then I think a person should go ahead and do it. Because, if by doing something you will feel good then you will end up looking good. This will lead to an increased self esteem and a pleasant personality. There is no cosmetic recipe for self esteem; but a little time for oneself is I feel the key to beauty.
At times I always feel that as a company if we had this infra in this city and had this customer everything would be right in my world. Though the occasional spurt in business activity does lift my spirits, I know it won't always solve my problems. It is when we learn to remain calm even in crisis that we start looking beautiful. And as persons look beautiful so does the team, the group and the company.
